Steve Mase
A serial entrepreneur and private investor, Steve Mase has spent most of his
40-year career
using
data to develop and lead a wide range of companies, from startups to large
multinational
corporations. The majority of companies he has founded specialize in
software technology for
financial services: capital markets, residential lending and trading.
Founder and CEO of
Dexma,
Inc., Mase's team created the largest white-labeled platform for the
origination, processing
and
sale of residential mortgages. Customers included Fannie Mae, Wells Fargo,
U.S. Bank and
1,500 other banks and credit unions. Dexma was acquired by Prime Alliance in
2010 and the
combined companies were acquired by Accenture in 2013. As founder of Code 4
Pro, Mase is
dedicated to improving decision-making for first responders and other
workers who regularly
are
under stress by utilizing real-time biometrics, analytics and machine
learning.
Danish Shrestha
Danish Shrestha has been a software engineer for over 20 years since
graduating with a
master's
in computer science from the University of Illinois. Shrestha is expert in
building scalable
and
fault-tolerant distributed systems. Prior to spearheading the
technical team for
Code 4
Pro, Shrestha led three teams of software engineers, data scientists and
data engineers at
Agoro Carbon Alliance
where they were charged with building a microservices architecture platform
to enable
stakeholders to measure, report and verify agriculture practice changes to
help generate
carbon
credit. He has also worked as a software engineer for NextEra Analytics,
Digi International,
Smart Data Solutions and WSU (Winona State University).
Mike Goldstein
Mike Goldstein is a key advisor to Code 4 Pro. A co-founder of Provicta,
Goldstein is a
30-year
law enforcement professional dedicated to the care and wellbeing of first
responders. A
national
speaker and consultant on wellness initiatives and on servant leadership,
Goldstein has
pioneered
highly regarded wellness programing and research projects for police
officers and
firefighters
that were replicated by other public safety organizations.
John Morris
A financial executive with extensive technology and service industry
experience, John Morris
has advised and built small to medium-sized companies from the ground up. A
'roll up the
sleeves professional, Morris helps create successful business plans that
strengthen
companies
and build an exit strategy, ultimately managing the successful merger and
acquisition. Prior
to
leading his own firm, Morris was a senior partner and regional leader with a
national CFO
firm,
and for over eight years, Morris served as CFO of Dexma, Inc. and later

Solutions, where he was responsible for finance, legal, accounting, human

strategic administrative functions. After graduating from the University of
